My wife and I have been married for 19 years and live in the United States. I had a business trip planned for Sicily and Rome in the summer of 2014 and I wanted to surprise my wife with a renewing of our vows. It is something she has always wanted to do and my wife thought we would be planning it for our 20th. After many false starts trying to plan our wedding in Sicily from Dallas, TX, I was
